Chopped Spinach Salad

Fresh mushrooms, diced tomato, bacon bits, hardboiled eggs, sprinkled with feta cheese. Served with warm bacon dressing.

Crispy Chicken Salad

Topped with lightly breaded chicken tenderloins, a hardboiled egg and mixed greens.

Crab and Shrimp Tostada

Succulent snow crab, bay shrimp, rice, beans, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, shredded cheeses and shredded lettuce layered in a large flour tortilla shell.

Grilled Shrimp Cobb

Large charbroiled shrimp, bay shrimp, bacon bits, bleu cheese crumbles, hardboiled egg, sliced avocado, diced tomatoes and spring mixed greens.

Sirloin Steak Ceasar

Charbroiled select sirloin strips atop fresh mushrooms, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado and a bed of romaine mixed greens. Chicken may be substituted.
